  1. Can I order prescription eyeglasses?

Yes, we offer a wide range of prescription eyeglasses. Simply select the frames you like and follow the instructions to enter your prescription details during the checkout process. There are a few limitations concerning very strong prescriptions. If your prescription exceeds these limitations please email us at iriseyewear@yahoo.com so we can quote you a price. Most of our frames come in different colors and our lenses are fully customizable from lens materials (Plastic, Poly, and High Index) to add ons (Anti Reflective, Photochromic, Scratch resistant, etc.)

  1. How do I provide my prescription?

During the checkout process, you will be prompted to enter your prescription details. Please make sure to have your prescription handy, including the sphere, cylinder, axis, and add power (only for our Progressive wearers) values for each eye. We will also need your PD (Pupillary Distance) which can be retrieved from your prescription or eyecare provider.   1. Can I try on the eyeglasses before purchasing?

Yes, we offer a try-on service where you can select three frames to be sent to you. If you have any concerns about the fit, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

  1. What is your return policy for prescription eyeglasses?

We have a 30-day return policy for non-prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. We have a 30-day hassle free remake on prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses. This means that if you are not satisfied with your prescription eyewear purchase, we will remake the lenses once. The prescription eyewear that you receive is custom made with your prescription, so once these are made we do not issue full refunds. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at iriseyewear@yahoo.com. Please note that eyeglasses must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all packaging and tags intact. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.

  1. How long does it take to process my prescription eyeglasses order?

Once we receive your prescription and order details, it usually takes 7-10 business days to process and prepare your prescription eyeglasses for shipping. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of your prescription and any additional lens coatings or customization options you choose.

  1. Can I track the status of my prescription eyeglasses order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number with your invoice. You can use this tracking number to track your new eyeglasses! Please remember this process usually takes between 7-10 business days and will fluctuate depending on lens additions and prescription strength.

  1. What if there is an issue with my prescription eyeglasses?

If you encounter any issues with your prescription eyeglasses, such as a defect or incorrect prescription, please contact us immediately at iriseyewear@yahoo.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

  1. What is your refund policy?

We have a 30-day return policy for all products, including prescription eyeglasses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. For more information on our refund policy, please refer to our refund policy section.

  1. Is a case included with my order?

Absolutely! We provide you with an eyeglass case and a cleaning cloth!

  1. How do I get a prescription?

If you don't have a prescription, visit a local eyecare provider for a vision exam. They will provide you with a prescription you can use to purchase eyeglasses from Iris Eyewear & Optical.
